Leave lunch to us

A different bento every month,
composed by our chef from ingredients chosen that day.

One box. A different meal
every time.

At KASANE, we believe a good meal begins with attention rather than a fixed recipe. Instead of deciding months in advance what every bento should contain, we leave room for the chef to respond to what is fresh, seasonal and worth eating at that moment.

Each month, we prepare a new bento without revealing the full contents beforehand. The ingredients, colours and dishes change, but the approach remains the same: thoughtful cooking, quiet balance and food made to be enjoyed.

The monthly bento

One carefully composed meal.
A new combination every month.

The chef chooses the rest.

Less choosing.
More discovering.

There are days when having fewer decisions feels like a luxury.

Our monthly bento is built around that idea. There is no menu to scroll through and no list of combinations to compare. Instead, our chef selects the ingredients and creates a meal around what feels right for the season.

You will know the philosophy behind the box, but not every detail inside it.

Sometimes familiar.
Sometimes unexpected.
Always considered.

Meaning of KASANE

KASANE means layering.

Layering flavours.
Layering textures.
Layering small dishes into a meal.

Our bentos are built slowly through these relationships, not around one centrepiece, but around the way each element sits beside the next.

Not knowing is part of it.

We are used to seeing everything before we choose it.

Every photograph.
Every ingredient.
Every review.

The Monthly Bento works differently.

We want opening the box to be part of the meal — a small pause between anticipation and discovery. The menu remains unrevealed until it reaches you, so there is still something left to encounter for the first time.
